MathAndCoding is holding an Arduino Workshop at the West Valley Library. Participants will learn how to build circuits and program an Arduino microcontroller to be the brain of their electronic device. This program is open to children who have just completed 4th - 8th grades. The program will meet on three consecutive Saturdays (June 16, June 23, and June 30) from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Registered participants are expected to attend all three sessions. Registered participants who are late to a session or who miss a session may lose their spot in the program. IMPORTANT: Participants will need to bring their own laptops and download Arduino software to their laptop prior to the program. The Arduino software may be downloaded here: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software (Download the software under the "Download the Arduino IDE" section (lower on the page) and NOT the Arduino Web Editor at the top of the page.) This program is brought to the library by MathAndCoding. Find more information about MathAndCoding at: http://www.mathandcoding.org/
